I thought it was just the right amount of squishiness to help support and be comfortable. I thought the leg part was perfect and it even had some contour in it to help my legs stay put. I know I only had it for a short time, but I am pretty sure this is perfect for what I need! It curves right with you, the head part was just enough cushion and it was nice to only have one pillow to work with.
